Getting Started
Getting a quote is easy and completely free. Simply fill out our online contact form, call us at (512) 555-0142, or send an email to hello@greenhorizons.com. We'll follow up within one business day to gather a few details about your property. For most services, we'll schedule a brief on-site visit so we can provide an accurate, itemized estimate — no guesswork, no hidden fees.
For recurring maintenance plans, we can often start within the same week — sometimes within 1–2 business days depending on route availability in your area. For larger landscape design or hardscaping projects, timelines vary based on project scope, material availability, and current workload. We'll give you a clear start date during the estimate process so there are no surprises.
No long-term contracts are required for our maintenance plans. Our clients stay because they love the results, not because they're locked in. We do ask for a 30-day notice before canceling a recurring plan so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. For larger design and installation projects, we use a standard project agreement that outlines the scope, timeline, and payment schedule.
We serve the greater Austin metro area within approximately 25 miles of downtown Austin. This includes Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Leander, Buda, Kyle, Dripping Springs, Manor, Hutto, Taylor, and all neighborhoods in between. Life happens — we make it easy to adjust. Just give us a call or text at (512) 555-0142 or email hello@greenhorizons.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit and we'll move it to the next available slot on your route. We ask for 24 hours' notice when possible so we can adjust crew schedules, but we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. There's no fee to reschedule.
Our Services
Yes, absolutely. Our crews arrive fully equipped with professional-grade mowers, trimmers, blowers, and all necessary tools. For lawn treatment programs, we supply all fertilizers, weed control products, and application equipment. You don't need to provide or purchase anything — just let us know you're ready to get started.
Yes. Green Horizons is fully licensed to operate in the state of Texas and carries comprehensive general liability insurance as well as workers' compensation coverage for all employees. We're happy to provide proof of insurance upon request before any work begins. Your property — and our team — are protected on every visit.

If something doesn't look right after a visit, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to make it right — at no additional cost. We've built our reputation on doing things properly the first time, but we stand behind our work completely if any issue arises.
Yes. We offer organic-friendly lawn treatment programs for clients who prefer to minimize synthetic chemical use. These programs use naturally derived fertilizers, biological pest controls, and organic weed suppressants. While organic programs may take slightly longer to show results, many of our clients prefer this approach — especially families with young children or pets. Just let us know your preference during the estimate.
Pricing & Billing
Our maintenance plans are priced based on your lawn's square footage, the frequency of service, and which services are included. Our published rates start at $149/month for basic bi-weekly service on properties under 5,000 sq ft, and go up from there based on your property's needs. We provide a clear, written estimate before any work begins so you know exactly what you're paying for.
Recurring maintenance plans are billed on the 1st of each month via credit card, ACH bank transfer, or check. You'll receive a digital invoice 3 days before your billing date. For one-time projects or design work, we typically require a 50% deposit to schedule, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and check.
We offer a few ways to save: new clients receive a complimentary first visit when they sign up for an annual maintenance plan. We also offer a referral credit — when you refer a friend or neighbor who becomes a client, you'll receive a $50 credit on your next invoice. Occasionally we run seasonal promotions; follow us on social media or ask when you call to inquire about current offers.
Our free estimate includes a walk-through of your property with one of our team leads, an assessment of your current lawn or landscape condition, a discussion of your goals and priorities, and a detailed written quote broken down by service.
