Once you approve the quote, we add you to our route — usually starting within the same week. You'll receive a confirmation with your recurring service day and a 30-minute arrival window for each visit.

Lawn Maintenance FAQ

We work with all common Austin-area turf varieties including Bermuda, St. Augustine, Zoysia, Buffalo grass, and Centipede. Each grass type has different mowing height preferences, seasonal schedules, and treatment needs — and our team is trained to identify and care for each one properly.

If your scheduled service day has rain that prevents mowing, we'll reschedule you for the next available day — typically within 1–2 business days. We'll notify you by text so you're always in the loop. If we do mow in light moisture conditions, we use equipment that handles it without clumping or lawn damage.

Not at all. Most of our clients are at work when we visit. As long as we have access to the backyard (either a gate code or unlocked gate), we can complete the full service and text you when we're done. Many clients simply leave gate instructions in their account notes.

Just make sure toys, hoses, or other moveable items are cleared from the lawn area. Put pets indoors or in a separate area. That's really it — we take care of everything else. If there are specific obstacles or areas you want us to avoid, just let us know in your service notes.

Absolutely. Our Standard and Premium maintenance plans include fertilization and weed control as part of the package. If you're on the Basic plan and want to add treatment services, we can add them individually or upgrade your plan at any time. We'll let you know the timing and what to expect after each treatment.
