This page explains what this website collects, why, and what we do with it. In short, we use what you send us to reply to you and do the work you asked about. We never sell it.
When you contact us
The form on our contact page asks for your name, email, business, website, what you need help with, and a message. The form on our marketing packages page asks for your name, email, business, phone number (optional), the package or service you’re interested in, and a message. Both are delivered to our inbox by a form service called Formspree. We use them only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project.
Contact and website-check requests also include a few details about your visit: how you first found the site (for example, a Google search, a Google ad, or another website), the first page you landed on, the pages you looked at before sending, and a reference number for the request. They tell us which of our ads, searches, or links are working. They’re saved in your own browser for up to 90 days and sent only with a request you choose to send.
When you use the free website check
When you enter a web address on our website check, our tool visits that public website, scores it, and keeps a record of the address, the score, and when the check ran. We use that record to improve the tool and to understand who might need our help. If you choose to give us your email for the full report or a call, it reaches us through Formspree and we use it to send what you asked for.
Visit statistics
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and how they found us. It uses cookies and records things like your device type, browser, approximate location (city level), and the pages you viewed. It doesn’t tell us who you are. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on.
Google Ads
We advertise on Google. When you arrive from one of our ads, Google Ads uses cookies to tell us whether the visit led to an inquiry, so we can see which ads are worth paying for. It doesn’t tell us who you are. You can turn off personalized ads in your Google ad settings.
Who sees your information
Only Data Design Dynamics. The services named above handle it only to do their part (delivering a form, counting visits, measuring our ads). We never sell or rent your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list without asking.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@datadesigndynamics.org.
Children
This site is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date below.
