Founding rates are held for our first five website build clients and stay locked for twelve months from the day your plan starts. New pages are quoted separately from your plan, so you add one when you want one. Monthly hours cover content and design work on your existing site and don't roll over. Month-to-month, or save up to 20% with a prepaid term. Cancel anytime — prepaid plans are refunded pro‑rata.

Cancellation & refund policy. Month-to-month plans may be cancelled before the next billing cycle — no fees, no exit calls, no questions. Prepaid plans can be cancelled at any time too. If you leave early, we charge the regular monthly rate for the months you used and refund the rest. Website build deposits reserve project time on our calendar and are non‑refundable once work has begun.

We are holding a reduced rate for our first five website build clients. If you are one of them, the price you start on is the price you pay for twelve months, even though our standard rates are higher. After the fifth build client, plans move to standard pricing for everyone who joins after that.
Our standard support plans are month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime with no fees or exit call. For clients who know they want longer-term support, we may also offer discounted 6- or 12-month options.

Yes. Support is reserved for sites we built, since we already know the design, code, and business behind every page. If you'd like that level of care, the starting point is a custom build with us.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause anytime as your business shifts. Larger projects like new pages, campaigns, or a sub-brand are scoped separately and quoted upfront, with no surprise invoices.
